NEW RESEARCH: EXCESS WEIGHT PREDICTS KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS

Knee osteoarthritis, the most common form of arthritis, manifesting in pain and limited mobility for over 20 million individuals in the US (a number expected to double over the next 20 years) is definitively linked to weight in a set of 14 recent studies. Subgroups showed that obesity is an independent predictor of knee OA risk regardless of any other factor. Check your BMI.
